For the first 20 years of my professional career, I held management and management positions in industrial companies (the last 5 years took place more particularly in the field of jewelry and goldsmithing).

With these diverse and varied experiences, I have acquired in-depth expertise in production management as well as team management, process optimization, strategy development and implementation of lean methods to guarantee operational excellence. Having worked in different fields, I am flexible, with a strong capacity for adaptation and above all passionate about continuous improvement and lean management.
