Discovering the Lean methodology:

  • Why Lean at home?


Season 1 :

  • Each workshop will be based on real cases reported by your teams. 

  • Launch of projects: Visual Management, PDCA, 5S. First steps together on the field

  • Setting up rituals

  • Return to your sites and progress

  • GEMBA

Goal Season 1: 

  • Master your activity

  • Manage your activity and improve


Season 2 :

  • Strengthen and deepen the Lean dynamic launched during season 1

  • Identify slowdown areas in a process

  • Address these dysfunctions together to make the process smoother by relying on Lean problem-solving methods

  • Stabilize the results and know how to identify future dysfunctions together


Goal of Season 2:

  • Identify waste and prioritize actions

  • Understand and resolve problems

  • Seek performance, sustain

Lean management

OBJECTIVE :

Implement visual management and provide problem solving and continuous improvement tools to my future clients.

AUDIENCE :

  • Production manager

  • Foremen

  • Technician, production animators

  • Operators

TRAINING TIME REQUIRED:

  • 2 seasons of 3 workshops of 2h30 for training 

  • 1 half-day GEMBA (field visualization) per season

TEACHING METHOD:

  • A dynamic pedagogy made up of theoretical and methodological contributions, enriched by updated case studies

  • Group work promoting exchanges.

  • Course material will be given to each participant

  • A trainer available during and after the training, by videoconference, by telephone, or by email, for support and free of charge
